The problem with these tests they are inadmissible because they are highly unreliable. Speeding is not a Q for DUI absent a collision. If they are obstructing you to do steps but don't ask you if you want to remove your shoes then he has not performed the test as he's supposed to. Also He never asked him if he had coffee, energy drinks and hundreds of other drinks that cause your eyes to jump. Always ask are you certified in this state to perform DUI test. Last but not least If they ask you to do a breath test and don't ask you if you eaten recently, burbed , have diabetes, have gingivitis which most people do. If they perform the test on the streets it's not consistent with the environment of their training which is a quiet class room on a flat level floor not a street full of uneven surfaces. So a good lawyer will beat that charge easily

I got 4 dui"s , getting my License back in 4 werks afyt3a 18month suspension, 3 months in jail, $4,000 in fines, plus 60 classes once a week since March 23 , its July 2024 as im typing this..Really trying to do the right thing once im back mobile...Dont drink and drive guys ,im blessed that iim not in jail for hurting another driver, much blessings to whoever reads this and struggle with alcohol addiction..❤❤❤

Like when he said, “would you disagree with me?” Hernandez’ replied, “I would not agree with you sir” and the jackass acted like his response didn’t make sense like he caught him not understanding the communication… he fucking answered your question just not in the fucked up way you put it. HE SAID HE WOULD NOT AGREE WITH YOU. Then he made it seem like Hernandez was stupid and made him say the same exact answer just only in different wording…. Now this jackass probably tell this story every single day at the office like he’s some hot shot. I hope Hernandez realized how cops are not here to protect and serve us but to put innocent people in jail who don’t belong just for the government to make easy money flowing in, and found a way better job making way more money which wouldn’t be hard to do since cops are only little pons for the big government rich ppl to keep getting richer over petty shit like this
